Senior Product Manager (M/F)

We are a leading digital healthcare publisher, the result of the merger of DentalSoft and Orthalis. We’ve been supporting dental and orthodontic professionals for many years.
You will be joining a team of 127 employees spread over several sites, including Dijon and Pau, as part of a transformation and unification drive.
Our ambition is to build a high-value, integrated Software + Hardware + Services offering, in close proximity to healthcare professionals.

In this context, we are recruiting a Senior Product Manager.

Your missions

As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage offers combining software, hardware and services, from the discovery phase to delivery & go-to-market, in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will be responsible for :

  • Support the product vision: define the value proposition, personas, business needs, pathways and success criteria.

  • Conduct discovery: interviews, field analysis, irritant framing, benchmarking, hypotheses, testing and validation.

  • Build and manage the roadmap: prioritization, arbitration, backlog management.

  • Manage delivery: functional specifications, implementation monitoring, acceptance, quality, production start-up, continuous improvement.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance: take into account and translate product requirements (e.g. SESAM-Vitale, DMP, digital prescription, MSSanté) in liaison with the relevant teams.

  • Orchestrate go-to-market: offer packaging (software/hardware/services), pricing (if applicable), sales support content, launch, adoption and impact measurement.

  • Work cross-functionally: align tech, ops, service, sales and management around clear, measurable objectives.

Your profile

  • Confirmed (senior) experience in Product Management, with a concrete track record of end-to-end management (discovery → delivery → launch → improvement).

  • Demonstrable experience with offers combining software, hardware products and services (deployment, maintenance, support, training, etc.).

  • Mastery of practices and tools: problem formulation, hypotheses, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, OKR/KPI, user stories, acceptance, change management.

  • Operational knowledge of a regulated healthcare environment and its components: SESAM-Vitale, DMP, digital prescription, MSSanté.

  • Excellent written/oral communication skills, ability to synthesize, influential leadership (with no hierarchical link).

  • Experience in launching offers and building Software/Hardware/Services packaging.

  • Used to working with support/CSM/field teams and transforming feedback into product improvements.

  • Ability to structure processes (product rituals, documentation, templates, indicators) in an organization undergoing transformation.

📍 Terms and conditions
Contract: CDI
Organization: hybrid teleworking, with regular presence on site (Pau and Dijon) according to product needs and peak team times.
Remuneration according to profile and experience.
