Senior Delphi / Embarcadero Developer (M/F)
We are a leading digital healthcare publisher, the result of the merger of DentalSoft and Orthalis.
We’ve been supporting dental and orthodontic professionals for many years.
You will be joining a team of 127 employees spread over several sites, including Dijon and Pau, as part of a transformation and unification drive.
In this context, we are looking for two Senior Developers to play a central role in this transition.
Your role: more than just a developer
You will be involved in both :
- Controlling and upgrading our existing facilities
- Building tomorrow’s solutions
Your missions
- Participate in the design, development and evolution of our business software (Delphi / Embarcadero environment)
- Maintain and continuously improve existing applications
- Design and optimize databases (Firebird)
- Contribute actively to architectural choices and technical orientations
- Participate in the gradual modernization of our technology stack
- Guaranteeing the performance, safety and reliability of solutions
- Work closely with product, quality and support teams
Your profile
- Solid experience in software development (minimum 5 years)
- Good command of Delphi / Embarcadero
- Proven experience with databases (ideally Firebird)
- Ability to step back from an existing situation and develop it intelligently
- Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility
