Why is this important?

The practitioner’s report is mandatory after any radiological procedure, for the following reasons:

To be able to certify that the image has been interpreted, that the medical analysis is complete, and thus constitute medical evidence in the event of litigation.

ethics and administration

To be kept in the patient’s medical file, in particular to ensure continuity of care or transmission with other practitioners.

Orthalis brings 100% digital to Belgium

Orthalis, the practice management software, has obtained new accreditations, including eAttest v3!

This means that our Orthalis software is now able to transmit data via the MyCareNet system for all insurers.

Orthalis’ eHealth approvals enable its users to go fully digital, particularly for transmitting certificates, reading vital statistics cards and editing pseudo-codes.

We’re proud of this development, which will save Belgian firms a considerable amount of time.

With a view to saving you time at the office, by assisting you without taking over, we have developed numerous features including Artificial Intelligence in our software.

Our aim is to provide you with cutting-edge tools to make time-consuming tasks faster and easier.

What is Artificial Intelligence?

You’re probably familiar with the term. AI is a technology designed to recreate or simulate human intelligence.

It’s transforming the way we work. Its primary objective is clear: to save time. By standing in for the human being, it quickly performs certain actions on his or her behalf.

It’s with this in mind that we’ve worked to integrate AI into our products, our aim being, once again, to save you time.

AI for Orqual products

So how does this translate into our software?

We’re not here to replace you, we’re here to help you absorb the daily workload by offering practical features that include AI.

Firstly, it’s our Kitview software that uses AI to help you process your photos.

As we all know, photo management is time-consuming. For complete, organized patient records, we offer a range of photo processing functions:

Automatic photo classification: thanks to AI, Kitview instantly recognizes the subject of your photos and classifies them according to type (portrait, intraoral, etc.).

Automatic cropping: zoom level, background removal, eye leveling, centering… Set your automatic cropping criteria to obtain shots with identical properties.

Anonymization(eye blurring): for your presentations.

Make-up: to enhance the quality of a photo.

Secondly, our Ceph software also offers intelligent features.

Performing cephalometric tracings can be tedious.

With this in mind, we’ve developed an intelligent feature that lets you create cephalometric tracings with just one click, thanks to Artificial Intelligence!

Points are placed automatically*, the route is traced and the diagnosis filed directly in Kitview.

That saves precious minutes!

*You can, of course, modify the points manually to adjust the layout.

According to a survey we carried out among our customers in the summer of 2023, they spend an average of almost 5 minutes per route and make an average of almost 37 routes per month.

Following the success of previous editions, we’re delighted to announce the dates of the next tour!

ORTHODONTIC DAYS are fast approaching!

Once again this year, we’ll be taking the opportunity to present the many new features we’ve developed.

Here’s a sneak preview of what you’ll be able to discover and try out at stand no. 09!

We’re off to a great start with the latest from Dentapoche.

In fact, our mobile application is still evolving to offer you even more functions to help you save time at the office.

Videoconferencing mode

Now you can schedule videoconference appointments from within Orthalis. Your patient will be able to access it on his or her computer or directly on the Dentapoche application.

A time-saver for both you and him!

Testimonials

To demonstrate your expertise and all the qualities of your practice, you can give your patients the opportunity to leave a testimonial after their appointment.

The testimonials section can then be displayed on your website or on a screen in your waiting room!

Changing or cancelling appointments

You can choose in advance which types of appointment can be modified, cancelled (or both) by the patient.

He will then be free to arrange his appointment as he wishes.

Free up your assistants’ and secretaries’ time, so they don’t have to deal with it over the phone!

Dentapoche is your ally in the practice, saving you time, making life easier for your patients, and helping you with a whole host of tasks!
