As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage offers combining software, hardware and services, from the discovery phase to delivery & go-to-market, in a regulated healthcare environment.<\/p>

You will be responsible for :<\/p>

  • Support the product vision<\/strong>: define the value proposition, personas, business needs, pathways and success criteria.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct discovery<\/strong>: interviews, field analysis, irritant framing, benchmarking, hypotheses, testing and validation.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Build and manage the roadmap<\/strong>: prioritization, arbitration, backlog management.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Manage delivery<\/strong>: functional specifications, implementation monitoring, acceptance, quality, production start-up, continuous improvement.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure regulatory compliance<\/strong>: take into account and translate product requirements (e.g. SESAM-Vitale, DMP, digital prescription, MSSant\u00e9) in liaison with the relevant teams.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Orchestrate go-to-market<\/strong>: offer packaging (software\/hardware\/services), pricing (if applicable), sales support content, launch, adoption and impact measurement.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Work cross-functionally<\/strong>: align tech, ops, service, sales and management around clear, measurable objectives.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • Confirmed (senior) experience in Product Management, with a concrete track record of end-to-end management (discovery \u2192 delivery \u2192 launch \u2192 improvement).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Demonstrable experience with offers combining software, hardware products and services (deployment, maintenance, support, training, etc.).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Mastery of practices and tools: problem formulation, hypotheses, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, OKR\/KPI, user stories, acceptance, change management.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Operational knowledge of a regulated healthcare environment and its components: SESAM-Vitale, DMP, digital prescription, MSSant\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent written\/oral communication skills, ability to synthesize, influential leadership (with no hierarchical link).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience in launching offers and building Software\/Hardware\/Services packaging.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Used to working with support\/CSM\/field teams and transforming feedback into product improvements.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to structure processes (product rituals, documentation, templates, indicators) in an organization undergoing transformation.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
