It is brand new with tags attached but as I was taking the pictures, I noticed some threads were loose on the backside of the left sleeve. I have my hand inside the sleeve when taking the last 2 photos showing the loose threads and you can’t see my hand. I’m sure with a needle, I’m sure the treads can be pulled back into the inside but I don’t have the time to dig out my sewing stuff.
