Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are a leading digital healthcare publisher, the result of the merger of DentalSoft and Orthalis. We’ve been supporting dental and orthodontic professionals for many years.
You will be joining a team of 127 employees spread over several sites, including Dijon and Pau, as part of a transformation and unification drive.

In a context of transformation and growth, we are creating the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a member of the Executive Committee, to lead the Group’s technological vision and structure the next stage of our product trajectory.

Your role

As CTO, you will be responsible for technological strategy, solution architecture and operational implementation. You will play a central role in leveraging existing application assets and designing a new generation of platforms, more modern, interoperable and fully integrating the contributions of artificial intelligence.

Your main tasks

  • Define and support the Group’s technological vision, in line with product and business strategy.
  • Design target architectures and manage their progressive implementation.
  • Oversee the evolution and modernization of existing solutions (PowerBuilder, WinDev/WebDev, Delphi, Java, .NET, PHP/Symfony…).
  • Lead the construction of new platforms leveraging current technologies (cloud, APIs, data, AI).
  • Manage, structure and develop the Group’s technical teams.
  • Be a key contact for the Executive Committee, and for customers and partners when necessary.

Profile required

  • Proven experience as CTO or Technical Director in software publishing.
  • Strong software and architecture culture, including legacy and modern environments.
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on.
  • Leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Experience in a business or regulated environment is an asset.
