Marketing & Communications Manager (M/F)

We are a leading digital healthcare publisher, formed through the merger of Dentalsoft and Orthalis. We’ve been supporting dental and orthodontic professionals for many years.

You will be joining a team of 120 employees spread across several locations—Taluyers, Dijon, and Pau—as part of a process of transformation and consolidation.

As part of our growth, we are seeking our future Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our marketing strategy, enhance our visibility, and support the company’s key initiatives.

Your role

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will define and implement the company’s marketing and communications strategy.

As a true partner to senior management, you will help build our brand awareness, promote our offerings, and support our growth.

As both a strategist and an operational leader, you will oversee the company’s marketing and communications projects while ensuring the consistency of our brand image across all our stakeholders.

To successfully carry out your responsibilities, you will rely on the existing communications team. You will oversee their work and ensure that their activities align with the company’s overall strategy.

Your main tasks

Lead and implement the marketing strategy
  • Define and implement the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze CRM data and customer behavior.
  • Design and implement multichannel campaigns (digital, events, advertising, etc.).
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with the sales teams.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Develop and monitor marketing action plans.
  • Develop initiatives that contribute to lead generation and business growth.
  • Measure the effectiveness of the actions taken and recommend any necessary adjustments.

Manage and implement corporate communications
  • Define and implement the company’s external communications strategy.
  • Ensure consistency in the brand image and messages communicated to customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Oversee the production of communication and sales support materials: brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, and digital content.
  • Oversee the editorial strategy and supervise social media communications, in collaboration with the person responsible for managing the accounts.
  • Oversee the organization of trade shows, conferences, and professional events, in collaboration with the staff member responsible for coordinating them.
  • Build brand awareness and visibility in the company’s market.

Manage and implement internal communications
  • Define and implement the internal communication strategy.
  • Support the company’s projects and initiatives through clear and unifying communication.
  • Help shape the company culture and employer brand.
  • Design and coordinate key internal communication materials and initiatives.
  • Advise senior management and managers on communication with teams.

High-impact projects (New brand)
  • Creation and launch of a new brand.
  • Defining its positioning and identity.
  • Development of its brand identity and visual identity guidelines.

Profile required

  • A college degree in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Proven experience (at least 7 years) in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and modern communication channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership, independence, and the ability to bring people together.
