Client Implementation Manager (Delivery) (M/F)
We are a leading digital healthcare publisher, formed through the merger of Dentalsoft and Orthalis. We’ve been supporting dental and orthodontic professionals for many years.
You will be joining a team of 120 employees spread across several locations—Taluyers, Dijon, and Pau—as part of a process of transformation and consolidation.
As part of our growth, we are seeking our future Professional Services / Delivery / Customer Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of all our software and hardware solutions for our customers, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Your role
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and serving as a member of the Executive Committee, you will oversee the entire deployment of our software and hardware solutions through to their implementation at our clients’ orthodontic and dental practices.
Your role: to ensure that every installation runs smoothly, is well-managed, and meets all commitments, by coordinating all internal teams involved in the deployment.

You are also responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of our customers’ installed systems (IT and imaging), with a focus on anticipating and preventing outages.
Your main tasks
Manage end-to-end customer deployments
- Coordinate all customer installations through to production launch
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Maintain a high level of service and quality for our customers
- Ensure a smooth and seamless installation experience for our customers
- Manage priorities and deployment schedules
Ensure coordination among departments
- Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and training departments
- Provide an overview of current projects
- Secure critical stages before deployment to the customer
- Streamline interactions among all stakeholders involved in the deployment
Optimize our customers’ installed base
- Monitor the performance of the systems (computer hardware and imaging equipment)
- Anticipate the risk of breakdowns and the need for replacement
- Developing a proactive approach to improving the reliability of the customer base
- Sustainably improve the quality of facilities
Manage and coordinate deployment teams
- Directly supervise the teams responsible for facility planning, IT/medical imaging, and training
- Set operational priorities and allocate resources to ensure the successful execution of deployments
- Set the operational direction and ensure consistency in actions across teams
- Structure and optimize work methods and deployment processes
- Support teams in building their skills and developing their operational autonomy
Profile required
- You have proven experience in managing complex deployments (software, IT, medtech, or technical infrastructure)
- Have you ever managed operational or technical teams?
- You are able to coordinate multiple departments and mediate in a fast-paced environment
- You are focused on service quality and customer satisfaction during the installation process
- Do you enjoy structuring, organizing, and helping growing organizations move forward?
- Experience working for a software publisher, an IT integrator, or in the healthcare sector is a real asset
